KEYS and Renewal KEYS are emailed to you. Each KEY
is unique to your company and contains information
regarding:
• the number of licenses that you have purchased
• how many licenses are left and available for your
use
• your company name
• your license number
• your license expiry/renewal date

If
you have purchased additional licenses after the
initial installation, or you have purchased a renewal
you will receive a new Unlock KEY which will automatically
update your ERA Software with additional licenses
or a new renewal date.
When
you first open the ERA program you will see a screen
that asks for a password. For your own security
PLEASE REMEMBER THE PASSWORD
YOU ENTER it will be used to access training
records in the future. The ERA screen will show
you:
• the number of licenses that you have purchased
• how many licenses are left and available for your
use
• your license number
• your license expiry/renewal date
When
a user enters the training program, they are asked
to enter their employee name and No. This information
is used to create their own unique record. Records
show in the columns and are sorted by Name, Employee
No., and a list showing those who have started the
program but have not finished the training.

Printing
Certificates and Reports
An additional Print button below right allows reports
and certificates to be printed. Both large and small
WHMIS Certificates of Completion are included on
your program CD. Please pre-print the large certificates
and feed them into your printer to print individual
certificates. The small certificates will print
on Avery or similar Business Card Pages.

The current pricing is based on a fee for employees (users) to access the training content for one calendar year from date of purchase. Individual (user) training sessions can be more than one use per user in any given calendar year, the license does not extend beyond one calendar year without re-licensing. There is an annual* renewal fee.
Annual Renewal Fees are calculated at 50% of the current purchase price per person.
*Annual is equal to 365 days from purchase of the training program. Program will retain records but will not allow the training program to work past 365 days without a renewal installation which also qualifies for program upgrades and continued technical support.
Total number of people using license: for example a 5 User License will allow 5 uses of WHMIS or 3 uses of WHMIS and 2 uses of TDG.
The software is fully Windows compliant and will operate on Windows 98, 2000, NT, XP, XP Pro.
